Eave run
The length of roofline that actually carries water off the house, in linear feet, calibrated by roof type. Gutters are only ever priced on eaves, never gable ends or rakes.

Worth knowing
- Every detected run is numbered on the roof. The homeowner, or you on a New quote, can turn off a run that isn't real — a carport, a porch cover — before the price locks in.
