Custom integrations for the tools you already use

We connect Measured Bid to the CRM, booking and invoicing software your team already runs, so leads, estimates and job stages stay in one place.

Solid lines are built in. Dashed lines are connections we build for you.

What we can connect

Use the built-in URLs yourself, or ask us to build the connection for your team.

Lead intake from any form or calculator

Built in

Leads from your website forms, calculators and other lead sources land in the same Leads list as widget leads.

Uses: Form leads URL.

Two-way lead stages and job value

Built in

When your CRM sends a lead in, its stage and job value stay the same in both systems. Change it in either one.

Uses: Form leads URL and status updates.

Booked visits into your calendar or booking tool

Built for you

We build a connection that sends visit requests to your calendar or booking tool for scheduling.

Uses: Lead webhook.

Won jobs into your invoicing or accounting

Built for you

We build a connection that sends won jobs and their value to your invoicing or accounting software.

Uses: Status updates.

Your own code

Built in

Your developer can post leads, receive signed stage updates and send changes back with the documented URLs and JSON.

Uses: Form leads URL, status updates and lead webhook.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you use

Send the form below with your tools and what should happen automatically.

  2. We map fields and stages

We match your fields and job stages to Measured Bid's and explain what can connect.

  3. We build and test on a copy of your data

We check the connection on copied data before it touches live records.

  4. It runs on your account

The connection runs on your account, and we keep it working when either side changes.

Built in on every plan

Each widget has its own connection URLs.

  • Find the form leads URL in widget settings under “Leads from your other website forms”. Any form, calculator, Zapier or Make step, GoHighLevel workflow or custom code can POST JSON, form or multipart data. Leads land in the same Leads list. Repeat submissions merge.
  • Include external_id to link a lead to your system. Add your receiving URL under “Send lead updates to” for signed stage and price changes.
  • Updates use X-MeasuredBid-Signature: sha256= followed by the HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body, keyed with the last part of your form leads URL. Keep that URL private.
  • POST { external_id, status, value } to your form leads URL with /status on the end to send changes back. Value is in dollars. Outgoing stages: new, contacted, quoted, won, lost.
  • The separate lead webhook posts each new widget lead once as JSON. It does not receive changes back.

Systems we're asked about

Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Calendly and a custom CRM.

These are systems we're asked about, not partnerships or native integrations. We'll check what your tools support before quoting the work.

Describe the connection. Keep passwords, API keys and customer records out of this form.

FAQ

Is this included in my plan?

The built-in form leads URL, status updates and lead webhook are on every plan, including the free trial. Building a custom connection is quoted separately after we see what you use.

Do you need access to my systems?

Only what the connection needs. API keys stay in your accounts, and you can revoke access.

What if my tool has no API?

We look at webhooks, email parsing or a Zapier or Make step. We'll tell you plainly if it can't be done.

Who keeps it working?

We keep the custom connection working when either side changes. Ongoing support is part of the scope we agree with you.
