How the terms work

Minimum
2 months, billed monthly at $2,500.
Ownership
Once $5,000 is paid, the site, its code and your domain are yours, even if you stop. Until then we host it and keep the code.
Measured Bid
Pro is included while you're on the website plan. After that it's $249 a month if you keep it.
Capacity
We work with 5 companies at a time. When we're full, applications go on a waitlist.

The Measured Bid software plans on the pricing page have no minimum. This minimum applies to the website plan only.

FAQ

What does $2,500 a month include?

The website build, SEO and GEO work every month, hosting, updates and a monthly report. Measured Bid Pro is included for your team and your website widget while you're on the plan.

How long do I have to stay?

2 months minimum. We recommend 6 months for full results, because city pages and guides take a few months to show up in search.

Who owns the website?

You do, once $5,000 is paid. That's the first 2 months. Until then we host the site and keep the code. After that the site and your domain stay yours, even if you stop working with us.

What is GEO?

Generative engine optimization. It helps AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers find your company and name it when someone asks about your service in your area. The work covers clear answers on your pages, business details in a format those tools read, and matching listings across the web.

What happens to Measured Bid if I stop the website plan?

Your account and leads stay. You can keep Pro at $249 a month or pick another plan.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. We tell you what gets built each month and report the results: search clicks, calls, forms and how many visitors priced a job on your site.

Can you keep my domain and my old pages?

Yes. We move your domain and redirect your old page addresses to the new pages, so pages Google already knows keep their place.

Who builds the sites?

Verlua, the company that makes Measured Bid. The same team built the gutter company sites shown on this page.

How many companies do you work with?

5 at a time, so each site gets real work every month. When we're full, new applications go on a waitlist.

Do you run my Google Ads?

Not as part of this plan. If you run ads, we help point them at the right service and city pages. Measured Bid records the page and ad each lead came from.
