How the terms work
- Minimum
- 2 months, billed monthly at $2,500.
- Ownership
- Once $5,000 is paid, the site, its code and your domain are yours, even if you stop. Until then we host it and keep the code.
- Measured Bid
- Pro is included while you're on the website plan. After that it's $249 a month if you keep it.
- Capacity
- We work with 5 companies at a time. When we're full, applications go on a waitlist.
The Measured Bid software plans on the pricing page have no minimum. This minimum applies to the website plan only.
FAQ
Can the site be ready before the season?
Month 1 is the build, so a site started in early October goes live in early November. Sites started later launch during the season and are ready for next year's searches.
Will homeowners see an exact price?
No. The widget on your site shows a price range for their home. You confirm the exact price at the visit.
What does $2,500 a month include?
The website build, SEO and GEO work every month, hosting, updates and a monthly report. Measured Bid Pro is included for your team and your website widget while you're on the plan.
How long do I have to stay?
2 months minimum. We recommend 6 months for full results, because city pages and guides take a few months to show up in search.
Who owns the website?
You do, once $5,000 is paid. That's the first 2 months. Until then we host the site and keep the code. After that the site and your domain stay yours, even if you stop working with us.
What is GEO?
Generative engine optimization. It helps AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers find your company and name it when someone asks about your service in your area. The work covers clear answers on your pages, business details in a format those tools read, and matching listings across the web.
