The short answer

GAF QuickMeasure is GAF's roof measurement report, measured from aerial imagery and ordered one property at a time. A single-family report costs $20, or $18 for Master Elite contractors, and GAF says it is generally sent within an hour, seven days a week. It includes roof measurements with eaves, valleys and pitch, a GAF bill of materials, an interactive 3D rendering, and PDF, XML and DXF files.

Measured Bid does a different job. Enter an address and it measures the roof from aerial roof data and prices the job with your rates once the house is confirmed, for your team in the dashboard or for homeowners on your website. It doesn't produce a report file or a materials list. Order QuickMeasure when you buy materials, and use Measured Bid for the first price.
