EagleView sells measurement reports one property at a time, from $13.75 for a residential gutter report to $105 for a Full House report at its listed tiers. Measured Bid prices a job from an address with your rates, and can show homeowners a price range on your website.
Use a report when you need a reviewed measurement report for materials or insurance. Use an address estimate for the first price. You can use both on the same job: the estimate to qualify the lead, and a report after the homeowner books.

How much does EagleView cost?
As of September 2026, EagleView lists residential reports from $13.75 (gutter) and $18 (Bid Perfect) up to $105 (Full House at the Bronze tier). Prices drop at the Silver and Gold tiers. See eagleview.com/pricing.
Is there a free EagleView alternative?
Measured Bid is a subscription with a free trial. For a free roof measurement from an address, use our roof measurement tool.
Can Measured Bid replace an EagleView report for insurance?
No. It prices retail jobs and doesn't produce insurance or Xactimate estimates.
How accurate are address-based measurements?
On 9 invoiced gutter jobs, Measured Bid's quoted gutter footage had a median absolute error of 14.2% and a mean absolute error of 16.2%. We also used these jobs to tune the engine, so new houses may miss by more. Confirm measurements on site before you order materials.
Does Measured Bid give me roof pitch?
Yes. It reads each roof plane's pitch from aerial data and applies the steep-roof adjustment only to steep sections.
