InstaQuote Pro is one $249 plan with an instant estimator for ten trades, a CRM, proposals and follow-up automation. Satellite measurement covers roofing, siding, gutters, paving and sealcoating. Measured Bid measures each house from aerial roof data, estimates wall area from it, and has the homeowner pick a driveway size. It starts at $99 a month and includes a lead list plus saved, printable and shareable estimates.
At $249 a month the two cost the same. The difference is what surrounds the quote and which trades each one measures.

Its trade list, as of September 2026, doesn't include permanent lighting. Measured Bid prices the front, the front and sides, or the whole roofline, with optional peaks.
Can homeowners see an exact price in Measured Bid?
No. Homeowners always see a range. Your team sees a point estimate and line items in the dashboard.
Does Measured Bid have proposals?
Not yet. Leads arrive with the measurements and the range the homeowner saw, by email and webhook, and you can export them to CSV.
How does Measured Bid price exterior painting?
It estimates paintable wall area from the roof outline and the number of stories, then deducts a share for windows and doors that you set.
