What exterior contractors still need
Housecall Pro runs the work after the sale: booking, scheduling, invoices and payments. None of its plans list measuring a house.
A washing, painting or gutter quote starts with square feet or linear feet. On any Housecall Pro plan, someone drives out to measure, or buys a report, and then types the numbers into the estimate.
Enter an address in Measured Bid and it measures the house from aerial imagery and property data, then prices it with your rates. Your team uses it in the office, and homeowners use the price form on your website.
Housecall Pro plus measurements: a month's cost
One user on Housecall Pro Basic billed yearly, pricing 60 houses in a month. The measurements come either from a paid report for each house or from Measured Bid.
Using Measured Bid with Housecall Pro
On any plan, send homeowners to your Housecall Pro booking page after they see a price. On MAX, Zapier can also create the customer for you.

- Copy your Housecall Pro online booking link.
- Paste it into your price form settings under Booking link.
- Homeowners book after they send their details, and type them again in Housecall Pro.
MAX: Zapier
- Measured Bid posts each lead to a Zapier Catch Hook.
- Housecall Pro's Zapier app has one action, Create Customer, with the name, phone, email, address and two tags.
- The price range and measurements stay on the lead in Measured Bid.
